HOW MANY CALORIES DO YOU BURN?

Following advice, we can go out for exercise once a day.

Most people can walk, jog, cycle or stretch.

So how many calories can you burn doing these exercise sessions?

(Approximate calories used (burned) by a 154 pound person. Those who weigh more will use more calories; those who weigh less will use fewer calories.)

Burning Calories around the House

Doing household tasks can also help to burn calories. 

The average 125 pound person will burn

the following calories in an hour:

Ironing:                                128

Based on a 150 pound person doing these activities for an hour:
