BEETROOT, THYME & GOAT'S CHEESE TART

8-9 inch prepared Shortcrust Pastry Case

250g Cream Cheese

150g Red Onion Chutney

400g Cooked Beetroot

Thyme

120g Soft Goat's Cheese

1tbsp Honey

Salt & Pepper

Method

​

Mix Cream Cheese with Red Onion Chutney & spread over base

Add Beetroot (sliced) and a little Thyme

Add Soft Goats Cheese in small chunks

Drizzle with Honey

​

Bake at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes
