Chocolate Crunch Cake

Ingredients:

8oz Digestive Biscuits

2oz Raisins

1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

1 tbsp Golden Syrup

1 tbsp Caster Sugar

3oz Hard Margarine

2oz Chocolate

Method: 

  • Crush biscuits and stir in raisins

  • Melt together margarine, syrup, sugar and cocoa

  • Stir in biscuits

  • Pack into a flat dish/tray (I line this with foil) and press down firmly.

  • Melt chocolate and spread on top of mixture.  Chill

  • When cold and chocolate is set, turn out and cut up

  • I tend to use double to amount of raisins and three times the amount of chocolate!

  • Best kept in the fridge.
